This Southern classic is super easy to make while camping.
Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Burger
Put a couple of chicken breasts or thighs into a plastic bag with teriyaki sauce before you leave. To assemble the burger/sandwich, grill the chicken, then put a slice of ham, slice of grilled pineapple, and slice of havarti cheese. We’ll use ciabatta rolls but any would do.
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
This has become one of our go-to camping meals because it’s so easy. My husband sprinkles parmesan cheese on the outside of the bread before grilling for a little extra yum.
Spaghetti and Salad
Basic, but filling and delicious.
