Happy Earth Day everyone! Though hopefully you’re nice to Mother Nature every day, not just one day out of the year:)
I’m going to be straight up with you. These meal plans seem to get pretty low engagement whenever I put them out. That’s part of why they’re a little more intermittent lately. It’s hard spending time on something no one seems to read. But I am dedicated to keeping these alive and well.
I love checking out what other people are eating for dinner (or at least have planned to eat for dinner). So I’m going to keep giving you weekly doses of inspiration.

Weekly Meal Plan Week 62 – This is How We Do It
•Banh Mi Pizza
•Grilled Sausage and Broccoli Alfredo
•Shrimp Tacos
•Steak, Artichokes, Red Potatoes
•Smoked Salmon Hash
Follow these basic principles of the Sweet Potato Bacon Hash, but use smoked salmon instead.
•Shrimp and Grits
•Sheetpan Roasted Chicken and Veggies
