Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 8 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped Dill
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice the cucumber
- Stir it into the yogurt
- Squeeze the lemon in
- Add the dill
- Stir
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and chill for 10 minutes (if you have the time, if not no biggie)
