Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Need to add a new condiment to your repertoire? This sauce is so fresh and versatile, as well as ridiculously easy to make!

Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 8 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped Dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the cucumber
  2. Stir it into the yogurt
  3. Squeeze the lemon in
  4. Add the dill
  5. Stir
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Cover and chill for 10 minutes (if you have the time, if not no biggie)

    I love tzatziki sauce but always have to look up a recipe when I make it -- never sure how much of what to use. WIll bookmark this one!
