Dinner Menu Week Twenty-Five

June 26, 2016 by Jennifer Leave a Comment

I don’t think I ask this enough, but I would love your feedback on our Weekly Dinner Menus. Have you tried any of them? What are some of your favorite things to eat for dinner? It’s always interesting to see what makes it into other family’s regular rotation.

Dinner Menu Week 25

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT:

Grilled Pizza Bar – Use your favorite pre-made pizza crust. If it’s raw, be sure to grill each side before putting the sauce and toppings on. We use up any random bits and pieces of meats, cheeses, and veggies, and let everyone just make their own.

Shrimp Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, cooked shrimp, croutons, black olives, Caesar dressing.

Turkey Burgers and Home Sweet Fries – For the sweet fries, skin a couple of sweet potatoes and slice into the size of steak fries. Spread out on a baking sheet and give the fries a good coating of pan spray. Bake at 425 and check every 10 minutes until soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Sausage and Peppers over Polenta – Recipe here.

Pork Chalupa Bowl – Recipe here.

Veggie Stir Fry over Rice – We go basic on this. Trader Joe’s has an Asian veggie mix, saute in a wok on medium high heat with stir fry sauce. Serve over white or brown rice.

Breadcrumb Pork Pasta – Recipe here.
