I tried something a bit different this time… instead of designating a menu item to a day of the week, I left the days of the week off. This is how we do it at my house, because if your taste buds don’t feel like salad on Tuesday, then by all means do NOT feel obligated to have the salad that night!

Plain Greek yogurt

Stew meat
Steak (to grill and slice)
