This week’s dinner menu is round 2 of the “Best of 2016”. Last week we had some of the recipes that you folks said you enjoyed the most, and this week we’ll have some of my personal faves from the past year.

This may sound strange, but it’s some of the best comfort food. And once you put toasted breadcrumbs on your pasta, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to try it!
The perfect winter meal. Plus you can freeze it for easy leftovers!
One of my all time favorites. And I always feel so healthy when I eat it.
This one’s so bright and flavorful.
If you have any leftover spinach, mushrooms and/or chicken from the couscous you can use it in this… or the other way around.
I’m still not 100% sure what to call these, other than “delicious”.
