Crockpot Chalupa Bowl

March 25, 2016 by Jennifer 1 Comment

This is one of those meals I thought I was being all creative when I made it one evening for my husband. We sat down to the table, started eating, and my husband said “oh, this is like the Chalupa my mom used to make”. Sure enough, I looked up Chalupa, and my creation already had a name. Regardless, it’s still delicious and easy.
