Easy Caramel Apple Martini Cocktail or Mocktail

September 26, 2017 by Jennifer 6 Comments

Nothing says “fall” like caramel apple. And nothing says “any time” like a martini. Combine the two and you have the most delicious cocktail perfect for fall, or just any time. (This post contains affiliate links.)

What I like about this caramel apple martini is that it’s not too sickly sweet, but even the non-martini fans will totally dig it. You could even make it non-alcoholic if you wanted to. It’s really the combination of the apple cider and vanilla creamer that give the drink it’s flavor. Plus rimming the glass with caramel gives an added touch of deliciousness.

Pretty sure I could drink a caramel apple martini year round!

The second best thing about this cocktail (first being it’s deliciousness) is how easy it is to make. You don’t need to be a fancy mixologist to whip this up within minutes, but everyone that drinks this will sure think you are fancy.

How to Make a Caramel Apple Martini

Ingredients:

  • Vodka (omit this for a mocktail)
  • Apple Cider
  • Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • Caramel Sauce (Here’s a good homemade one without corn syrup)
  • Apple (for garnish)

Directions:

Measurements are for one 8oz cocktail or 6oz mockatail.

  • Start by pouring some caramel sauce on a plate
  • Swirl the rim of your martini glass in the caramel to coat the edges

Caramel Rimmed Martini Glass

  • Cut the apple into slices to garnish (make a slit in the middle so it fits on the edge of the glass)

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Pour 2 oz vodka in the shaker (omit this step for a mocktail)
  • Then pour 4 oz apple cider in
  • Finally pour 2 oz vanilla coffee creamer
  • Put the lid on the shaker, and shake
  • Take the cap off the shaker, leave the strainer on, then pour the martini in your caramel rimmed martini glass

Now enjoy! And be sure to make this at your next fall party to impress everyone with your mad skills.

I was really pleasantly surprised how delicious it is, since I'm not a huge sweet fan.
