Blueberry Lemon Vodka Fizz
Ingredients
2 oz Vodka
1 can SanPellegrino Limonata (the lemon and the fizz)
Handfull of Blueberries
Sliced Lemon
Directions
Put a handful of blueberries in the bottom of your glass. I’m using a tall mason jar, but I love the look of a classic high ball glass as well. Want to know a secret though? You could put this in any glass and it will still taste good.
Muddle the blueberries. I’m using this wooden muddler, but you could use a fork or spoon if you wanted to. You just want to get the blueberries nice and mashed up.
Pour the vodka in. I tend to have a heavy hand with the pour (got me better tips when I was a bartender), so use 2oz as a general guideline. Put more or less in depending on your taste.
Fill the glass with ice, and pour the Limonata in to fill to the the glass. All of the SanPellegrino flavors are good with vodka, but the Limonata is especially good with the combination of blueberries and vodka.
Garnish with a lemon wheel. If you’re feeling fancy, stick it over the straw like I’ve done here.
Or if you’re not feeling fancy, you can just put a slice on the side of the glass.
And there you have it folks. Blueberries, vodka, Limonata, lemon. Easy peasy. Enjoy!
