My mom over at Real Food Real Life made these avocado hummus chicken wraps for us last year on a camping trip, and they’ve now become a lunch staple whenever we go camping. They’re so easy, and almost all of the ingredients can be used in other dishes as well.
What I love the most is that these are so easy to make for WHATEVER and WHENEVER! If you’re sitting around the campsite, whip these up for lunch with minimal effort. Heading out for a hike? Make them right before leaving and pack them in for a tasty snack.
Everyone will think that you’ve made a gourmet lunch, when in reality it took no time at all.
How to Make Avocado Hummus Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 8″-10″ Flour Tortillas
- Hummus
- Packaged Guacamole
- Pre-Cooked Chicken Strips or Deli Sliced Chicken
- Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Sweet Bell Pepper Cut in Strips
Directions
1. Spread hummus down the middle of the tortilla
2. Scoop guacamole on top
3. Layer chicken, bell pepper, tomato, and shredded cheese down the middle
4. Roll it up
5. Cut it on the bias
6. Enjoy!
